Health Information Service
Our centre provides health services information that is critical to improving the health of our seniors. We have a lot of health related material in our office that we are happy to share with you. Our coordinator can help you navigate the health care system by explaining the role of the different agencies and guiding you toward the services that best meet your needs.
Referral Service
Our Community Resource Coordinator will help you navigate the health care system by researching health information, providing you with up to date information, answering your questions, and suggesting posible options that will help the client and caregiver.
