Our Program
The Home Visit program provides a friendly drop-in visitor at a time convenient for your loved one. This service is perfect for elderly adults who live alone or far from family. Family caregivers can find respite, relief, and peace of mind with this service. This program is FREE!
Referrals
We welcome referrals for Home Visits from family, the general public, doctors, health care workers and community contacts.
Alerts
If, at the appointed time, the client does not answer the door or has not contacted us, then a plan will be implemented to address the safety and well being of the client.

Aid with writing letters and cards

- googling information

- downloading apps
- account setup and navigation (e.g. Facebook/Messenger/Zoom)

Participant Eligibility
- Individuals 55+ living independently within the East Beaches area
- Individuals who are expressing feelings of loneliness and/or social isolation
- Individuals who understand and accept the service
- Individuals capable of establishing and maintaining a relationship with another individual
