Our Workshops/Presentations
The East Beaches Resource Centre hosts many health and wellness workshops that are offered by the IERHA Wellness Team. We also host a variety of education presentations provided by Health Service providers such as Alzheimer's Society, Cancer Care Manitoba, Diabetes Canada and Parkinson's Canada. Our centre also hosts several senior related workshops and presentations such as Medication Safety, First Aid and Driving Safety.
Our Clinics
Our Community Resource Coordinator also organizes and hosts a variety of special clinics and events, such as our Flu Clinic and Health Fair.
IERHA Wellness Workshops
The IERHA community wellness team delivers many free classes and programs at the East Beaches Resource Centre. The Wellness team is composed of facilitators, registered dietitians, and a certified fitness leader trained to help motivate you to live a healthier life.
Wellness Topics Include:
Anyone from the East Beaches area, Grand Marais and Gull Lake are welcome to attend.
